PRODUCT RETURNS AT THE CHARGE OF THE COMPANY
In the event that a product is found to be defective upon delivery, it must be strictly preceded by a telephone consultation for its return at the company’s expense, on the condition that a partner carrier or courier is instructed by the company. The return is accepted within ten (10) calendar days from the day of the invoice.
In cases of return, the products must be returned in the condition they were received and in their complete packaging.
PRODUCT RETURNS AT CUSTOMER’S CHARGE
In the event that the customer, for any reason, other than the above, has changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product, after strictly prior telephone consultation, he may return the product within ten (10) calendar days from the day of the invoice with own charge.
The product must be in perfect condition and in its complete packaging.
